Chocolate Covered Oreos

We handmade chocolate covered Oreos with a round mold with a heart shape in the center, and wrapped the in foil squares for Valentines Day.  They were a top seller!  Who doesn't love an Oreo cookie covered in chocolate?!?  Hmmm... although Ginger Snaps may just be quite a treat covered in chocolate as well.  Let's go make those...
